Heckington and District Radio Group has finally snuck into the UKAC League, at 37th place, with a cheeky 7 points on 23cm. I entered this one while I was setting up the club with the RSGB so I really didn’t think they’d accept the entry, but they have. Conditions were terrible and it was my poorest entry ever, but at least, seven years after I moved to Heckington, we’re in the league and I am contesting for Heckington! From now on it’s all guns blazing to get us up that league. WE WILL NOT be finishing bottom and THAT’S a promise! The only way is up!
